How do the nutritional values behave?
 
''In contrast to the conventional process, the nutritional values of the processed soybean are very consistent.

What was important to me was a guaranteed reduction in trysin inhibitor activity from a small amount 5 mg/g with simultaneous gentle treatment of the soybean - PCI values of 10 -15 must be adhered to.
